Wesley Mehl

Wesley is currently a Vice President at Cottonwood Properties. In 2015, Governor Ducey appointed Wesley as the Deputy Commissioner of the Arizona State Land Department. In 2019 Wesley returned to Tucson to join his family company, Cottonwood Properties, but has continued to serve as a consultant for the State Land Department, working on economic development opportunities, and land entitlement efforts. He also served as Vice President and General Counsel for Town West Realty, Inc. in Tucson between 2011 and 2015.
Cottonwood (or affiliated entities) is currently developing the 6,200-acre Dove Mountain community in Marana, Arizona and the Tangerine Commerce Park along Tangerine Road West of the I-10 in Marana.
Wesley is a Tucson native and graduate from Salpointe Catholic High School. Wesley received his B.A. from the U of A and his J.D. from Pepperdine Law. Additionally, Wesley earned his LLM in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law.
