Vance is a Managing Director and Financial Advisor in the Private Client Group at RBC Wealth Management (since 1988) and a member of RBC Wealth Management’s Executive Council, Senior Consulting and Institutional Consulting Groups as well as the firm’s ERISA Advisory Council. He is the lead financial advisor for the Falbaum Crowley Investment Group, a team within RBC Wealth Management that assists clients in developing and implementing wealth management and protection strategies for their business and family assets.

Vance holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® and Accredited Wealth Manager designations as well as a master’s degree in legal studies (MLS), magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. He has been recognized by Forbes on the Best-In-State Wealth Advisors list every year since 2020. He serves on the board of directors of the Tucson Airport Authority, SHRM-GT and Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona, and is an Emeritus Board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Tucson. Vance is also a member of the DM-50, Southern Arizona Leadership Council and Salpoint Catholic High School’s investment committee. He is a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors and the Investment Wealth Institute.
