Josh Jacobsen is a family man and small business operator in the restaurant industry. Josh is the Vice President of Sunland Foods and the owner of Two Lucky Wishbone restaurants.

Arizona Sunland Foods is a family-owned business that was established in 1983 in Tucson. They are a custom food manufacturer specializing in frozen breaded proteins, vegetables, value added labor products as well as sauces and salad dressing packed in dipping cups. They serve restaurant chains, distributors, casinos, institutions, and deli counters.

Josh has a passion for the future of Pima County. He has held positions on several non-profit boards and currently serves on the Pima County Small Business Commission, the board of the Arizona Restaurant Association and the Public Policy Council for the Tucson Metro Chamber.
