In 2017 Eric was named the Market President for CBIZ Employee Benefits in Arizona and as such
has P&L responsibility for 45 employees in two offices and over 400 clients.

As a Senior Benefits Consultant, Eric is responsible for direct client engagements which include
financial management of employee benefit programs, corporate benefit compliance, vendor
management, claims analysis and overall relationship management with executive leadership.

Mainly consulting with CEO, CFO and Senior HR professionals of mid to large employers, Eric has
specialized his work with each one in developing a long range strategic plan for the procurement,
delivery and communication of all employee benefit plans. Eric also assists in developing
communication plans to support both employer and employees covered by each policy through
various electronic and print means.

Eric counts among his clients both publicly and privately owned groups, Native American tribal
government and enterprise clients, public sector schools and municipalities, all of which are largely
focused in the large group self-funded space. Eric is also the lead Consultant for the Arizona Health
Reciprocal Insurance Company (AHRIC), Arizona’s first licensed and regulated health benefits
captive for not-for-profit entities in the State of Arizona.
