Dr. Clinton Kuntz is the President and Chief Executive Officer of El Rio Health, a Community Health Center based in Tucson, Az. Since 1970 El Rio Health has grown from a local neighborhood health center to a comprehensive health system with 27 sites across both Southern and Northern Arizona serving over 190,000 individuals with a wide range of services including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Dental, Behavioral Health, and more. Dr. Kuntz’s vision is to make El Rio Health a national model of excellence with access for all people, focusing on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Before joining El Rio Health, Dr. Kuntz was CEO at MHC Healthcare and helped to start two community health centers in Ohio. At MHC Healthcare, he expanded the organization, significantly increasing the organization’s community impact. Dr. Kuntz also serves on several boards related to community health and has spoken at national and local conferences. He holds a Doctorate in Behavioral Health, a Master’s degree in Information Technology, and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science.
