Meghan Kirschbaum
With a multidisciplinary background spanning community planning, nonprofit support, design, and small-business ownership, Meghan brings a unique blend of creativity, organization, and service-oriented problem-solving. Prior to her current role, she served as an Administrative Assistant with Catena Development and worked in several mission-driven positions across Maine—including roles with Friends of Woodfords Corner, the University of Southern Maine’s Office of Educator Preparation, and community sustainability organization Garbage to Garden. Meghan also founded Mellifluous Baking Company, a home bakery she continues to operate, reflecting her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to community connection through craft and hospitality. Meghan holds a Master’s in Policy, Planning, and Management with a concentration in Community Planning & Sustainable Development from the University of Southern Maine, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture from Endicott College. Across every role, Meghan is known for her organization, adaptability, and genuine passion for helping people—qualities that shape her work and fuel her commitment to making a difference.
