Jerry Fischer is the President of Desert Hospitality Management, LLC.

Mr. Fischer is also a principal in Desert Hospitality Management, LLC.

In his current role, Mr. Fischer has overarching responsibility for all hotel assets, including operations, new development, acquisitions, repositioning, dispositions, renovations, and asset management.

The current Desert Hospitality Management hotel portfolio consists of eleven nationally branded hotels and more than 2,000 rooms and $100MM in annual revenue throughout the Tucson Metropolitan Area, including, The Ritz Carlton – Dove Mountain,  El Conquistador, a Hilton Resort, three newly constructed Hampton Inn and Suites, Embassy Suites, Springhill Suites by Marriott and Doubletree Suites.

Mr. Fischer joined Desert Hospitality Management in 2011 as President and Manager.  Prior to joining Desert Hospitality Management, Mr. Fischer had previously worked for Marriott International in the capacity of General Manager and with Sage Hospitality as Vice President.  Mr. Fischer has extensive experience in full-service and select service nationally branded hotel operations, new-build construction, repositioning, asset management and renovations.

Mr. Fischer is the current past Chairman of the Board for the Arizona Lodging and Tourism Association and a member of its Executive Committee.

Mr. Fischer also sits on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Chamber of Commerce, Tucson Conquistadores and The First Tee – Tucson.

Mr. Fischer received his Business Administration degree from Northern Arizona University.

Mr. Fischer lives in Tucson, AZ with his wife Paula and daughter Alexa.
