Jim has been the CEO of Arizona Community Physicians since 2016.  ACP provides primary care services to about 1 in 5 residents of Pima County and is its largest physician-owned medical group.  In addition to primary care services, ACP offers certain sub-specialty physician services, lab & imaging services, and owns an Accountable Care Organization.  The ACO focuses on improving patient outcomes and satisfaction while lowering the cost of medical care.

Prior to ACP, Jim held executive leadership positions with medical groups in the Phoenix metro area, including Arizona Medical Clinic, Banner Medical Group, HonorHealth, and Davita.

Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA, specializing in health care administration, from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
