Krystal is the founder and sole owner of The LOffices. There are now three LOffices locations providing private offices, flex workspace, and meeting rooms catering to local entrepreneurs, small business owners, nonprofits and holistic health professionals. What started in a landmark building in Downtown Tucson eventually expanded to a second location at River and Campbell and a third at Broadway and Craycroft. The combined 40,500 sqft space aims to bring holistic balance for entrepreneurs by incorporating workstations, conference rooms, a gym, social space for community events, a golf simulator, yoga and more. The venue is designed as a creative hub to foster health, wellness and closer community engagement.

The Proper Shops are a flexible retail space in downtown Tucson, providing retailers an opportunity to test drive downtown in a brick and morter location without having to sign a long-term lease. The goal for this space is to be an incubator for amazing local makers.
