Graham Hoffman

Graham’s strengths include the Foundation’s donor-centered approach when working with individuals, agencies, and synagogues in the local Jewish and broader communities.

Graham was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and after 14 years in Washington D.C. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis’ Olin Business School and began his career in consulting at Accenture, where he specialized in organizational change management, operations improvement and strategy.

In his four years at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), Graham oversaw major gifts, endowment, and multi-year grant commitments while developing activist engagement and stewardship strategies.

Prior to his tenure at AIPAC, Graham spent a decade at Hillel International in senior strategy roles, where he pioneered and advanced Hillel’s engagement and education strategies worldwide.
