Douglas Lemke is a long-time resident of Tucson and an attorney with over 25 years of legal experience. In addition to his JD from Marquette University Law School, Doug holds an MBA from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, where he also earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration.

Doug has several years in private practice in both Milwaukee and Tucson. He has built a reputation serving as general counsel for several Tucson-based companies of all sizes. His expertise spans several legal practice areas, including corporate law, mortgage banking, mining, regulatory compliance, contracts, and real estate.  Currently, Doug is general counsel at Iridius Capital, the real estate investment arm of the Jaggi Family Office.

Outside of his legal work, Doug is actively involved in his community. He volunteers with local organizations and participates in several mentoring programs.
