
Alanna Riggs
Mrs. Riggs serves as an Executive Liaison to the Commanding General on public policy concerns for Ft. Huachuca at both the Federal level with the US Congress, as well as the State level for the Office of the Governor and the Arizona State Legislature. The Executive Liaison Office (ELO) provides actions that carry far reaching and strategic consequences to the readiness and sustainment of the US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE), and Fort Huachuca. The ELO is part of the legislative support staff for the Commanding General’s role as the Senior Commander. Mrs. Riggs serves as part of the team responsible for the flow of information and assisting local, state and federal legislators and agencies in understanding Fort Huachuca’s policies, operations, and requirements. She monitors congressional, federal and state activities of interest including the status of significant federal and state legislation and the budget processes. Mrs. Riggs works with stakeholders to build consensus on issues that support and enable Fort Huachuca and its tenant commands to accomplish their national defense missions in SE Arizona.
